The heating malfunction was exacerbated by the staff's inexperience, leaving me without assistance or a solution. The only redeeming quality was the dedicated chambermaid who offered empathy.

My Comfort Double Room was well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The dining experiences were outstanding, especially the chef's tasting dinner which showcased exquisite flavors. Breakfast was also delightful, with a selection of fresh pastries and organic options that catered perfectly to my business schedule.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices, which I appreciated so much. I explored the beautiful nature around the hotel, and enjoyed two evenings out, each with personal service that really enhanced the experience. I even took a picnic bag for my day trips, which made traveling so convenient.

I noticed some areas where the cleanliness could improve. The lighting in my room was low, making it hard to read at night.

It was just an optimal selection for shopping in Santpoort-Noord with good price-quality ratio. The staff was friendly and attentive during our conference in the Nova Zembla carriage house. Make sure to ask about room location to avoid long walks.
